Amber sweeps Billboard’s World albums and Heatseekers chart with “Beautiful”

Amber has proven her tremendous international fan base as her solo debut mini-album entered swept Billboard’s international charts this week upon its debut.

Her mini album “Beautiful” appeared at number 4 on the World Albums chart and number 19 on the Heatseekers chart where “typically, only acts with larger international fanbases would have entries (like. BIGBANG, Girls’ Generation and B.A.P).”

In addition, her title track “Shake That Brass” featuring Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon and a music video with a myriad of K-Pop stars including members of GOT7, g.o.d., Miss A, Crayon Pop, and more debuted at number 4 on Billboard’s World Digital Singles chart.

As the first member of f(x) to go solo, Amber has found success both domestically and internationally as she boasts a large fan base and 1.6 million followers on Instagram.

Billboard recently named Amber the most popular star among K-Pop idols after the release of her star-studded music video. It comes to no surprise that many idols came out to support the singer during her promotions including Apink‘s Bomi and Eunji, Super Junior-M‘s Zhoumi, Miss A‘s Jia and more.

In addition, fellow f(x) member Sulli, who is currently on hiatus, visited her during a music show taping though it was met with negative comments from netizens.

Meanwhile, Amber is also gaining a great deal of attention as the Ace on the second female special of Real Men. Amber will also be appearing on variety show Roommate where she will visit the cast including Jackson and Park Joonhyung who made appearances in her music video.
