ATEEZ Is Now One Of Only Three 4th Generation K-Pop Groups To Reach A Milestone For First Day Sales On Hanteo

ATEEZ’s popularity just continues to grow rapidly!

On Monday, September 13, ATEEZ dropped their most recent album, ZERO: FEVER Part.3. It’s a particularly special comeback because it’s the first one that Mingi is participating in this year, and the reception of the title track “Deja Vu” has already been incredible!

The album had already broken records for the group in terms of pre-order sales, which was over 810,000 before the album was even released.

Now, with the first day of sales coming to a close, the group has reached yet another milestone that has only been accomplished by two other fourth-generation K-Pop groups.

The first day sales on Hanteo have been announced for ZERO: FEVER Part.3, and the total came to 144,821 units sold.

While the record for their first-day sales is still held by their previous album, ZERO: FEVER Part.2 (with 155,930 units sold), this accomplishment makes ATEEZ one of only three fourth-generation K-Pop groups to have multiple albums sell over 140,000 copies on the first day on Hanteo!

ENHYPEN and IZ*ONE are the other two fourth generation groups to reach this milestone, ENHYPEN with Border: Day One and Border: Carnival and IZ*ONE with Oneiric DiaryBLOOM*IZ, and One-reeler/Act IV.

Considering that both of these groups also had pre-debut hype from their respective competition shows which helped their popularity, this just goes to show how much organic growth ATEEZ has made since their own debut!

Congratulations to ATEEZ on this accomplishment, which is sure to be the first of many this comeback! Make sure to check out the “Deja Vu” music video as well:
