BLACKPINK’s Rosé Shares Exclusive Playlist With Fans

“Visionary Women” includes songs from her favorite artists.

March 8 is International Women’s Day and, in honor of this global day, BLACKPINK’s Rosé created and shared a playlist for Apple Music.

The playlist, Visionary Women, is a compilation of 25 songs that cause an emotional stir in the BLACKPINK member.

The playlist includes BLACKPINK’s “WHISTLE,” “DDU-DU DDU-DU,” and the more recent “Lovesick Girls,” as well as fellow member Jennie’s solo track, “SOLO.”

In addition, in order to reflect love’s many shades, well-known classics like TLC’s “No Scrubs” and Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely” make up part of the playlist. More recent songs weren’t left out, though, as “Adore You” by Harry Styles is also featured.

Amy Winehouse’s “Love Is a Losing Game” is a song that Rosé claims touches her each time she listens to it. While the song hurts her heart, she has nothing but good things to say about both the song and the artist.

I think that being able to be vulnerable is the most independent thing someone can be at times, and I commend her for her honesty and transparency in this song. We can all relate to her, and that’s why we all love her.

– Rosé

Visionary Women may deal with matters of the heart, but the mix of sad and upbeat songs means that listeners can feel an array of emotions. The playlist only takes about an hour and a half to listen to its entirety, so check out Rosé’s playlist for International Women’s Day.
