An album from K-Pop idol group BTS, who is currently holding offline concerts in L.A. for the first time in two years, has re-entered the Billboard charts. According to the chart released by U.S. Billboard on November 30, it revealed that BTS’s fourth full-length album, MAP OF THE SOUL: 7, had re-entered the Billboard 200 chart at number 187.
The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums by adding the number of streaming and digital downloads to the sales of tradition albums such as physical albums. It looks like interest in the album has grown again amidst the heat of the BTS Permission to Dance on Stage- LA concert.
This album was released in February of last year and according to the MRC Data, the album sold 646,000 copies in the U.S. last year as a physical album alone. This album also topped the Billboard 200 chart immediately after its release and set a record for staying on the chart for 80 weeks.
