BTS’s Jimin Received Yet Another Death Threat, Big Hit Entertainment Responds

BTS‘s Jimin has been targeted with his third death threat in just over a year, and Big Hit Entertainment once again had to step in to ensure his safety. The first time was in 2017, where an anti-fan threatened to shoot him at their concert in Los Angeles.

Just months ago, Jimin was targeted with his second death threat at BTS’s concert in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Now, another anti-fan has appeared, threatening to kill Jimin at BTS’s concert in Los Angeles at their September 5 concert.

 

Big Hit Entertainment confirmed they were aware of the situation and will make the necessary precautions to ensure both Jimin and BTS’s safety.

“We are already aware of the matter. We will do our best to take precautionary measures, whether the threats are legitimate or not. In the past, we have made thorough preparations for these situations, and they did not happen. We will continue to monitor the ongoing situation and prepare accordingly.”

BTS will begin their world tour starting in Seoul, South Korea on August 25 and 26 before beginning the United States leg September 5.
