I don’t intend on hiding behind a mental illness and avoid taking responsibility.

My actions deserve criticism and I would like to apologize again after disappointing the many people around me who have tried to give me help. After years of drug addiction, I couldn’t get out from it, and I used things like dozens of doses of tranquilizers and painkillers to escape from reality.

After that, I would attack other artists due to my inferiority complex, and I continued to do irresponsible things that I can’t even remember. I think this is the karma for my actions.

I am truly grateful for all of these controversies and incidents, as I think this is the first opportunity I have to really face reality, instead of running away.

I am trying to solve my problems slowly, starting with my debt [with Lee Ro Han].

Once again, I would like to say I am sorry. Thank you.

— Yoon Byung Ho

Earlier, Lee Ro Han, who also appeared in High School Rapper under the names Bae Yeon Seo and WEBSTER B, accused Yoon Byung Ho of not paying him back ₩3.3 million KRW ($2,688.31 USD). Following Yoon Byung Ho’s admission, Lee Ro Han commented with a simple “thumb’s up” emoji, showing he too is supporting Yoon Byung Ho in his path to recovery.
