Highlight’s Yoon Doojoon is making his long-awaited return to acting!

There is No Goo Pil Soo will be a relatable comedy series about the bromance between Goo Pil Soo, a breadwinner in his forties who dreams of changing his life, and Jung Seok, a genius in his twenties who hopes to create his own start-up company.

Doojoon will be taking the main role of Jung Seok, a student who was admitted into one of Seoul’s most prestigious universities at the top of his class. Unlike many at his school, he was admitted without the help of his less-than-privileged family or private tutoring. He dreams of becoming the “Mark Zuckerberg of South Korea” as he believes that start-ups are the only way for someone with a poorer background to succeed.

Actor Kwak Do Won will be starring alongside Doojoon as the lead, Goo Pil Soo.

This will be Doojoon’s first TV series in three years as Let’s Eat 3 (2018) was his last K-Drama before enlistment. Doojoon is also currently preparing for Highlight’s comeback on May 3!
