Park Bo Gum’s agency talks about his next project

Park Bo Gum has risen to become one of the top actors in South Korean film and TV, and interest about his next project is high.

Recently, Park Bo Gum concluded his Asian tour following his successful appearance on the hit drama, Love in the Moonlight. As his scheduled activities end, interest about his next project, may it be drama or film, remained high.

The agency acknowledged reports that they have been receiving offers but have not confirmed any appearances as of yet.

“This is just one of the many offers he’s been given, but no final decisions have been made.”

Early this year, Park Bo Gum was speculated to have been tapped to participate in the film, Seobok. He was initially reported to play the lead role in the film, which is an adaptation of a Chinese story in which a court sorcerer is sent by the Qin emperor to find the elixir of life. The film, however, is reported to modernise the story. The agency did confirm news of his offer and is only considering it at present.

Park Bo Gum also received an offer for upcoming film, Ansi City, possibly appearing alongside actor, Lee Byung Hun. News about their casting quickly spread last month, but both of their agencies clarified that they were still reviewing the offer.

The actor has received domestic and international love for his impressive roles in dramas such as Reply 1988 and Love in the Moonlight. He has not made any films since Coin Locker Girl back in 2015.
