SHINee Receives Exclusive Invite To Japanese FNS Music Festival

In addition to performing at Kyocera Dome and Tokyo Dome earlier this year, SHINee can now add FNS to their list of accomplishments in Japan.

SHINee has  been given a rare invite to perform at the 2016 FNS Music Festival in Japan. An invite that has only been given to other top Hallyu stars BoA, TVXQ, BIGBANG, Girl’s Generation, and KARA.

Scheduled to perform on the 14th, SHINee will be sharing the stage with Japan’s top artist. They will be performing the Japanese version of their hit track “Everybody” and possibly their newest Japanese single, “Winter Wonderland”.

This invite is even more special, considering that, aside from BoA (who is considered an honorary J-pop artist in Japan), SHINee will be the only Korean group to have performed at FNS since 2011.

Take a moment to look back on their 2015 Tokyo Dome performance of “Everybody”:

SHINee definitely seems to be establishing themselves within the Japanese music industry. Let’s wish the boys the best in their endeavor!
