A South Korean university student has recently caught everyone’s attention as her amazing weight transformation through simple diet changes inspires others.
The student, who goes by Jinny, uploaded a video to Youtube dieting channel DanoTV and has since gone viral as her amazing weight loss transformation has left viewers stunned. In the viral video, the university student explains how simple changes in her diet and regular exercise helped her to lose 111 pounds as her weight dropped from 221 pounds to 110 pounds.
Jinny began the video explaining why she decided to lose weight and how she gained so much, to begin with. She explained she gained weight during her high school years, particularly as she became a senior, she says delivery food and beer caused her to gain 55 pounds with the space of a single year. But, it wasn’t until after she was diagnosed with a herniated disc that she decided she needed to change her lifestyle.
Throughout the video, Jinny explained how she lost so much weight as she explained simple changes she made to her diet and lifestyle helping her to lose 111 pounds. She began by explaining that she drank 3-5 liters of warm water and stopped consuming food containing sodium. She focused her lunch time meals on protein and vegetable, eating one dessert a day or yogurt and cutting out late night snacks. She also explained she made sure to exercise for at least 10 minutes a day and now works out regularly.
She explains she still works hard to maintain her slender figure after two years of dieting she explained her experience to viewers:
“Diet is the change in how you love yourself. I workout for health and eat good food for my body and try to love myself constantly. Set up a goal of ‘Let’s love myself in healthy way’ rather than a goal like ‘Lose 5kg every month!“
